返品・返金ポリシー
当店では、お客様に安心してお買い物をお楽しみいただくため、以下の返品・返金ポリシーを定めております。ご購入前に必ずご一読くださいますようお願いいたします。
返品をお受けできる条件
- 商品が未開封・未使用であり、購入時のままの状態（付属品・ラッピング・元の梱包箱を含む）で返送いただける場合
- 商品到着日から7日以内に、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡いただいた場合
返品をお受けできない場合
- 海外にお届けしたご注文（国際配送分）は、返品をお受けできません。
- 商品到着後8日目以降にご連絡いただいた場合
- 開封済み・使用済み、または汚損・破損等がある商品
- お客様のもとで生じた傷・汚れ等がある商品
返品送料について
お客様のご都合による返品の場合、返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。商品の不良・破損、または当店の誤配送による返品の場合は、当店が送料を負担いたします。
返金について
返送商品を確認後、7営業日以内に、ご購入時にご利用いただいたお支払い方法にてご返金いたします。クレジットカードでのお支払いの場合、返金時期はご利用のカード会社の規定により異なります。なお、送料および各種手数料は返金の対象外となります（当店の責による返品の場合を除きます）。
交換について
サイズ・カラー違い等による交換をご希望の場合も、上記と同様の条件（未開封・未使用、到着後7日以内、国内配送分のみ）を満たす場合に限り対応いたします。在庫状況により、ご希望の商品にお取り替えできない場合がございます。

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、事前に必ず下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご連絡なく返送された商品につきましては、対応いたしかねる場合がございます。

To ensure our customers can shop with confidence, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- The product is unopened and unused, and can be returned in its original condition (including accessories, wrapping, and original packaging).
- You contact us within 7 days of the product's delivery date.
Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
- Orders shipped internationally (international deliveries) cannot be returned.
- Requests made on or after the 8th day following delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, soiled, or damaged.
- Products with scratches or stains caused after delivery to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the customer's own reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we confirm the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For credit card payments, the timing of the refund depends on the terms of the relevant card company. Shipping fees and other charges are not refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges (e.g. for a different size or color) are handled under the same conditions as above (unopened, unused, within 7 days of delivery, domestic orders only). Depending on stock availability, we may not always be able to provide the requested replacement item.
